Products that are no longer required and are still within our return period of 14 days can be sent back to us for a full refund. The product must be returned in the same packaging the product was delivered in and this packaging should be unopened. Returning goods does not affect your statutory rights and only applies to products purchased online.
Regulations stated do not apply to goods that have been personalised as well as those of intimate, perishable or time-bound usages.
We are also not able to accept any goods such as e-liquids that do not have a seal, have been used or opened. This is due to hygiene issues that may pose health and safety risks to our customers.
For us to process your return we will need a proof of purchase. This can be in the form of a sales receipt, bank statement or online sales invoice. We will also require your order number with the returned product so we can identify full details.
We try our best to ensure all product delivered are of the highest quality. If you find that any product from us is damaged in any way you are able to return the product to us within 48 hours and receive another of the same product or your money back.
Refunds are available to customers who return items within 14 days of purchase. These items will then be checked by one of our team and inspected to ensure refunds are processed appropriately. Upon returning products the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us along with the order number of the goods.
We strongly suggest that you send items back via tracked shipping, as we cannot take responsibility for packages not delivered to us.
